Safety Check app for iPhone and iPad

Safety Check is the first security application to send alerts and hazards to your contacts and to help quickly and easily.
Through a single button, it is possible to generate an alert, having the effect of sending an emergency SMS to a predefined contact, and a call to a number registered in advance or to emergencies if it is not the case.

This application was developed by an independent developer following the attacks of Charlie Hebdo in France in 2015.
So the features of the application are as follows:

- Sending an alert message to loved ones via social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, Snapchat etc ..)
- Sending an alert SMS to a predefined contact
- Generating a call to a predefined number (or to emergencies)
- Real-time visualization of the location
- Real-time visualization of alerts around the world

In order to have information on your geographical position, when launching the application, you are asked to accept geolocation. To reduce the effects on the battery, we have optimized the application so that the location is only while the application is active. You can at any time disable the location within the application and its settings.

Technical notes:

The app uses background localization and can impact the duration of your battery. You can change this configuration at any time in the iOS settings.
If no emergency number is configured in the application, by default, a phone call will be sent to the police. This service can then geo-locate you and obtain various information thanks to your phone (and not thanks to the application).
